A young man from Alcalá la Real, Jaén, came to the island in search of work. Coming from a humble and large family, he managed to open the Don Caracol Restaurant in May 1993. By her side was always her mother, whose dedication and hard work made her a fundamental pillar of the restaurant. Known as "la abuela" (the grandmother), she left an indelible legacy in the heart of the place. This restaurant is much more than a gastronomic space; it is the reflection of a life marked by effort, commitment and dedication to a dream come true.
